Jr. Reggae

Founded with two members of the ad-hoc Bay Area Reggae Collective, Rob Ewing and Jason Levis, Jr. Reggae got its start at Jupiter in Berkeley in May of 2015. This was the first band I played synth with in public, and over the past years the band has grown immensely and depth of sound. Featuring Max Miller-Loran on trumpet and effects, the band goes from playful ska grooves to polytonal dub madness and dissonant soundscapes with ease.

The Jr. Reggae album is in post-production as of March 2018.
