Brainchild of composer-performer Mark Clifford, Dirty Snacks Ensemble is a modern jazz band that truly melds a multifaceted musical approach into one cohesive concept. Mark holistically draws on all of his influences: everything from Béla Bartók to Kool Keith, and Arthur Russel to The Claudia Quintet is fair game.
Dirty Snacks Ensemble has a long history – I have played in the band as the regular pianist/keyboardist since 2015.
