I spent a lot of time in Griffith Park this Jan while finishing mixing and mastering my record. I made it a routine to export new mixes and listen to them while hiking. Taking notes like a fool on my phone while walking on the trail. Moving my legs always helps clear my mind and puts me in a good listening space. Feeling very grateful to be living a short hike away from these beautiful trails and views.

There are three stained glass pieces on the record: Kinetic, Idyllic, and Puristic. An extension of the synth music I've been working on for a while, these pieces interweave offsetting pitch and rhythm information to generate new and surprising emergent textures.

2. octave displacement+echoing in response to what is being played on the piano.

really nice time convening yesterday with Raffi Garabedian, Danny Lubin-Laden, Garret Lang, Adam Starkopf, and a beautiful community of people at @knobworld. You may already know Danny and Raffi are both singular players with a deep communion that is special to share in. Adam and Garret were full of soulful and peaceful vibrations. Was also delighted to hear a remarkable set by @white_boy_scream
